  • Full name, username, password
  • Email address
  • Age
Information you choose to provide as part of your account profile:
  • City, Country
  • Telephone numbers
  • Profile pictures
  • Gender
Information from your use of the Site:
  • Your computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address
  • We use a tool called Google Analytics (a third party service) to collect automatic information from your web browser or mobile device such as device information, screen resolution, browser type, search requests, and amount of time spent on pages and other statistics. This data is anonymous and aggregated. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits by disabling cookies on your browser.

What do we do with the information we gather?

We use all of this information to analyze trends among our users to improve our Site, make it more accessible, marketing purposes, and to improve the experience on the Site to serve you better.

Sharing Information with Third Parties Service Providers

PassionDig does not sell user information to 3rd parties in any way, shape or form. However, we may need to retain specific data for integration with other sites if you choose to use those options (i.e. Facebook or Twitter login.) A full list of integration services can be provided upon request).

Under California law, companies are required to inform users whether a site responds to the Do Not Track setting of a user’s web browser. In our case, we do not currently respond to it because we use 3rd party services such as Google Analytics which may rely on technology which does not work with the Do Not Track framework.

Sharing Information for Legal Reasons

Though we make every effort to preserve member privacy, we may need to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information when required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
  • enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  • protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of PassionDig, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Information. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and business processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your information is cloud hosted and kept in a secured database. Information is always delivered by means of an encrypted SSL method when supported by your web browser.

We do our best to ensure the privacy of messages sent on the Site as well as emails sent for news or notification purposes.
