PassionDig will not sell personal information to third parties for marketing or other purposes without your prior and explicit consent. We use your personal information for improving the Site and your overall PassionDig experience. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What Information do we collect?

As PassionDig is in pre-launch phase, we collect the following information when you sign up to our email notification list. The email list is used for the purposes of communicating product and news updates and information concerning the PassionDig community to you. We do not share your email address with external parties.

Other information may be collected from your use of the Site and cookies. Our use of third party services such as Google Analytics or Google’s Invisible reCAPTCHA (intended to to prevent spam and abuse of form submissions) may employ cookies to automatically collect information from your web browser or mobile device such as device information, screen resolution, browser type, search requests, results of integrity checks, and other statistics. What do we do with the information we gather?

We use all of this information to analyze trends among our users to improve our Site, make it more accessible, marketing purposes, and to improve the experience on the Site to serve you better. We may also use tools & software services to support the the site such as user support ticketing systems, email management software or others.

Sharing Information with Third Parties Service Providers

PassionDig does not sell user information to 3rd parties in any way, shape or form. Under California law, companies are required to inform users whether a site responds to the Do Not Track setting of a user’s web browser. In our case, we do not currently respond to it because we use 3rd party services such as Google Analytics which may rely on technology which does not work with the Do Not Track framework.

Security – How do we secure your information?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Information. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and business processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your information is cloud hosted and kept in a secured database. Information is always delivered by means of an encrypted SSL method when supported by your web browser.

Email & Messages

We do our best to ensure the privacy of messages sent on the Site as well as emails sent for news or notification purposes. However, no web or email transmission is ever 100% protected or mistake free. We advise you to take care in deciding what information you send to us or other PassionDig users (or to anyone really!) by means of email or web communication.

PassionDig sends transactional email for notification purposes as well as newsletters or transactional emails. Transactional emails include emails such as confirmations for account activation, changing passwords, etc. You have full control to opt-out of emails (except for transactional emails) via the link in our email footer, or by submitting a request.

Our website and apps are intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any personal data on any PassionDig channel. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage. No method is 100% reliable, so we ask for your help in keeping the PassionDig platform as safe as possible.
